We are sorry to see you go. This page explains how to permanently delete your DeliveryBook account and all data associated with it. Account deletion is irreversible.
What gets deleted
- Your user account (name, email, phone, password hash)
- Your restaurant's organization record
- All branches, riders, attendance logs, orders, queue entries, and reports
- All rider khata (advance/loan) ledger entries
- All team members (managers, operators) under your restaurant
- QR code tokens (existing rider cards will no longer work)
- Subscription details and any unpaid invoices are cancelled
Audit logs and billing records may be retained for up to 12 months to satisfy tax and security obligations, in line with our Privacy Policy. After that, they are permanently removed.
How to delete your account
Option 1 — Email request (recommended)
Send an email from the address registered on your account to support@deliverybook.pk with the subject "Account Deletion Request".
Include the following so we can verify it's you:
- Your restaurant name as shown in Settings
- Your registered email address
- Your registered phone number
- A short statement: "I confirm I want to permanently delete my DeliveryBook account and all data."
We will confirm receipt within 2 business days and complete deletion within 30 days. You will receive a final email when the deletion is complete.
Option 2 — Web dashboard (coming soon)
We are rolling out a self-service "Delete Account" button inside Settings. Until that ships, please use the email method above.
Mobile app users
Uninstalling the mobile scanner app from your phone removes locally-stored offline scans and your cached login token, but does not delete your account on our servers. To delete your account, follow the steps above.
Riders
If you are a delivery rider whose data was added by a restaurant, you do not have a direct account with us. Contact your restaurant's owner to request removal of your information. If the restaurant is unresponsive, email us at support@deliverybook.pk and we will assist.
