Common topics
Mobile app
- Camera not working — open your device Settings → Apps → Delivery Book → Permissions → enable Camera. Restart the app.
- Scans showing as offline — the app will sync automatically once your connection is restored. No data is lost.
- App keeps signing me out — your password may have been changed from the web dashboard. Sign in again with the new password.
Web dashboard
- Forgot password — use the "Forgot password?" link on the sign-in page.
- Email not verified banner — check your inbox and spam folder for the verification email. If you don't see it, click "Resend".
- QR codes not scanning — make sure the printed QR is at least 4×4 cm and not creased. Reprint from Riders → QR Card if needed.
- Earnings look wrong — reports recalculate live from the rider's current payment model. If you changed the rate after a shift, the new rate is applied.
Billing
- Invoice questions — email us with your invoice number and we will explain or correct it.
- Want to upgrade or downgrade — go to Settings → Billing in the dashboard, or email us.
- Cancel subscription — email support@deliverybook.pk. You retain access until the end of your current billing period.
Account
- Change email or password — Settings → Restaurant Profile / Security.
- Delete your account — see Delete Your Account.
- Add team members — Settings → Team → invite an operator or manager.
Reporting a security issue
If you believe you have discovered a security vulnerability in our platform, please email us at support@deliverybook.pk with the subject "Security Issue". We will acknowledge within 2 business days. Please do not publicly disclose the issue before we have had a chance to investigate and fix it.
